We camped here for the weekend in a pull-through site with 50amps. Great park for short stay. The river is great for one hour canoeing for $5.00 an hour. Renting from the rangers office. The bathrooms are nice and clean. The small osprey lake has a nice beach: but swimming with the alligator ??? I will camp again in this park.
Camped here in the May before the season started. The camp is very small and the sites are very hard to get in. If its full you can not move in the park. It looks like they made the park from a vacant lot and tried to put as many spots that they can. The manager and his wife live in a fifth wheeler and are very rude. We had maybe 12” from our table to the next RV, and the table was on top of the sewer. I will not stay at this place again and will not recommend it not even for one night. There is a nice large campground (Lionshead RV Resort) on the other side of town at the same cost and much nicer and bigger.
The park location is great, walking distance to the main street of Pigeon Forge. The camp is clean and nice. The price is very high. The sites long but very narrow, you are almost on your neighbor site and its hard to open the slide out. I was on a pull throw site that was very long, so I could park my car and my motorcycles on it.
